Steven H. Schneider
Steve Schneider is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Sierra Vista Group. He is a highly skilled and disciplined financial strategist who specializes in providing management solutions to companies. With more than twenty-five years experience, he has played an integral role in the acquisition, divestiture and successful turnaround of numerous companies. Steve has consistently and effectively demonstrated his expertise in shaping operations and asset performance for long term value creation and preservation.
Steve has served as CEO, COO and CFO for both private and publicly traded companies in a wide variety of industries. His financial, operational and management acumen have contributed to redefined corporate strategies and refocused organizations. He has raised in excess of $200M in private and public capital, restructured obligations, stabilized operations, and re-engineered financial functions and systems.
He has served on the board of directors for a number of companies and worked for AMI Entertainment, Rowe international, HomePortfolio, NewKidCo International, SoftQuad, Alpha Software, First Winthrop Corporation, Belmont Equities, Coopers & Lybrand, H.P. Hood, and Wheelabrator-Frye.
Steve has an MBA and MST from Bentley College and a BBA in accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
