Derek A. Stern

Derek Stern is a principal at Sierra Vista Group. With an extensive background in management consulting and organizational development, he is widely regarded for bringing practical solutions to companies experiencing challenging issues in human resources. Working closely with both board of directors and management, Derek specializes in leadership development, executive selection, performance improvement and conflict resolution.

Derek has served on several board of directors and some of the companies he has worked with include Fisher Scientific International, Tyco International, Lake Shore Hospital and Stern and Associates.

Derek holds a Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University and undergraduate degree from the University of Cape Town.
